SHIPPING

All orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, and are processed within 2 business days. We gladly accept international orders and we ship those at a flat rate of $50. Please note, St. Roche is not responsible for any duty charges that may be applied on international shipping orders. International packages will arrive in 2-10 business days, depending on the country.

Three Day, Two Day, & Next Day shipping orders must be submitted by 2:00pm PST. If the order is placed after 2:00pm PST then add one additional day.

Contiguous United States Shipping Rates 
Orders up to $49.99: UPS Ground (2-7 business days): $10
Orders over $50.00: UPS Ground (2-7 business days): Free
UPS 3 Day Select: $10
UPS 2nd Day Air: $15
UPS Next Day Air: $40

Most domestic shipping is by UPS, but we may substitute other shipping services at our discretion.

Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories
Orders up to $49.99: $30
Orders over $50.00: $20
UPS Next Day Air: $80

International Shipping Rate
Flat rate: $50 (buyer is responsible for all duties and customs clearance fees)

RETURNS
 
Sale or marked down items are final sale and cannot be returned, although they can be exchanged for a different size, provided there is stock available.
Full priced items can be returned or exchanged for any reason up to 14 days from time of purchase. Once an item is exchanged, it cannot be returned. Items must be unworn, unlaundered and with all tags and labels still attached.
Customer must ship the items up for exchange or return within 10 days from day of return authorization.
 
HOW TO RETURN

To request a return or exchange please email hello@st-roche.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please include your name and order number. If you have met the above return deadlines, we will issue a return label. If you are requesting an exchange please include the item you would like to exchange for, size and color. A customer service representative will be in touch within 24 hours Monday-Friday.
 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The cost of your return label will be deducted from your refund on all returns. St. Roche will pay for return labels and shipping replacements back to the customer once we received the items to be exchanged on all exchanges.
